Distributed, async-first, outcome-driven
We are a remote-first company with team members across East and West Africa and beyond. We trust people to manage their time, communicate clearly across time zones, and deliver without being watched. Meetings are a last resort, not a default.
We write things down. Decisions, trade-offs, post-mortems — all documented so the next person doesn't have to ask why. The best ideas win regardless of who has the idea or what their title is.
